The company locates in Changchun , the beautiful Spring City of northern China . it lies to the southeast of FAW-VW Co. and covers the land of 140,000 ㎡, of which building areas up to 48,000㎡, there are 780 employees in the company .
The company, growing up along with the Chinese automobile industry , has been supplying tens of automobile works with autobody dies of truck , minibus and car in the past fifty years . It has also provided supports to set up some of the die makers home and abroad and offered numerous excellent men of talent in the field . The company has made great contributions for the development of China automobile industry .
After decades of practice , especially the last more than 10 year’s practice of the car die manufacturing , the national first-class technicians and growing young technical group have been cultivated .They are the most valuable resources and the core force for the continuous progress of the company . In the last 20 years ,the company has sent trainees , inspection and acceptance groups and co-design persons to Japan 、Europe and America , etc. to learn the advanced die manufacturing technology , management experiences for the development and renovation of the industry .
The company becomes the frontier in the aspects of CAD/CAE/CAM 、die try out 、R&D of the new products in our country , some of the achievements has approached and caught up with the international level . The remarkable achievements of progress and renovations on the science and technology have been achieved .
The information platform has been built up in the company . This added the wings for the company’s rapid development , sped up the construction of the platform of die-making techniques and made a firm base to enter the international market .
We analyzed the stamping process of the product 、worked out the process supplement and built up the process CAD data by the usage of 3D CAD technology for CAE and 3D solid design , providing the basis for the machining and surface inspection .
We can foresee the defects may occur during die try out by the use of CAE techniques , so that the reliability of stamping process and die design are reinforced , the die quality enhanced , the die delivery shortened and the production cost decreased .
The 3D solid die design not only enhanced the productivity , but also improved the die accuracy . The parametric design adopted for the new design based on the old similar die construction .
By using the advanced NC machining techniques of 5-axis co-action 、high speed 、 par-level 、layer and zone-separated 、the comprehensive capacity of the NC finish machining has been enhanced 1.5 times than ever before , the precision increased 1 grade, the finishing efficiency enhanced 2 times and the workload of the fitter reduced more than 40 per cent .
We have applied the reverse-engineering techniques for the die-replications of end-panel , the reform of rear window and door panel of Century-Star car , door panel , front apron , hood outer , trunk lid outer , front panel , side panel and right member of Jetta car as well as the die replication of Shenyang Golden-Cup Co .
In order to meet the requirements of car die manufacturing , we have introduced the advanced hardware and software with a big investment since 1998 to complete the technical reform annually .
The company has 16 sets of large NC milling machine and one set of cutter grinder for the high speed and accurate machining , all the machines have the functions of part auto-measuring , high accuracy profile controlling , arbitrary surface milling , cutter revolving center point programming , simulating the movement of coordinate and digitalization, etc. . The company has a 5-axis NC cutter grinder for the coordination of production .
The company owns 2 sets of large-scale high-accuracy 3D CMM for inspection . 3D CMM is the integration of CAD/CAM and measuring system .
The company now owns 23 sets of large-size presses for try out , inc . one set of 2,500T press 、one set of 2,000 T press 、one set of 1,300T press and eight sets of 1,000 T presses . These presses not only meet the try out requirements of large size precise dies , but also produce large size stampings for the automobile works .
The advanced and complete equipments and rich human resources support us to provide quality dies and deliberate services to the users home and abroad . The cold stamping die 、checking fixture 、welding fixture 、master model and texture mould , etc . is our leading products .
More than ten types of car , e. g. Audi 、Jetta 、Red Flag 、BORA A4 、Tianjin Toyota 、Mazda 6 、Chery 、Red Flag Cruiser and Audi A6 etc . are now running around China . We have provided them with the dies of inner& outer skin panels . In the recent years , the most conspicuous thing is that we have produced the large-scale 、complicated and precise dies of outer skin panel for three brands of car , and this opens a new era in the history of the developments of China autobody die field .

The tools & equipments for the instrument panel of Century-Star car and foam mould for the all-new instrument panel Assy. of FM truck have reached the international level of the same kind . we have also produced hot-forming double-cutting tool for the series of all-new door guard panel inner of Jiefang truck .
The transfer dies for lower and upper subframe of BORA A4 reached the international level .The transfer dies for Tianjin-TOYOTA Co . had also been made in 2002 .
The progressive blanking die for side panel L/H of Audi A6 and Jetta-king car gets rid of the importation .The automatic blank dies exporting to the headquarter of VW Co . and for Audi B6 car will come into use this year in the VW Co.’s site .
More than ten sets hot-forming die for the bridge-shell , developed recently , made it possible to transform the bridge shell from casting into welded stamping .
